Christmas in Texas

I have had so much fun decorating our apartment for Christmas this year! It has taken me a little longer than I would have liked since we didn't bring any of our previous Christmas decorations with us when we moved and were starting fresh, plus I wanted to hand-make as much of it as I could. We also visited Utah for Thanksgiving, to finalize our adoption and have Clara sealed to us (which deserves its own post, but I will wait until we have pictures to post ;)), which meant that I didn't get started with decorating until we got back in early December. Anyway, here are a few pictures of what I came up with . . . I decided to stay with a more neutral color theme and I have to say that I REALLY love how it turned out! It is such a happy place to be in :)
